Víctor Hugo Maysonet

Víctor hails from the great island of
Puerto Rico where Salsa dancing reigns supreme.
His zest and zeal for Salsa, Latin and Ballroom dancing
was instilled in him at an early age by his father who was his
mentor and first dance coach. Víctor
continued to develop his creative and artistic personality
throughout his formative years where his passion for dancing
continued to expand. His love of performing is only surpassed by
his enthusiasm for teaching his students the same wonderful art
of partner dancing. Víctor has experience in
all levels of dance production to include performing,
choreography, costume design, sound production and lighting,
having produced many professional shows as Stage Director at
Club Med in Jalísco, Mexico and Sandpiper, Florida.
Víctor has performed and instructed at many of the
popular “Salsa Congress’s” across the United States, Argentina,
Japan and Puerto Rico with his dance troupe Hyper Attitude.
He is regularly invited to salsa events around the world
as a guest choreographer and workshop host.
He has performed and choreographed several music/dance videos
for Sony PR and One World & Empire Entertainment.
Víctor’s love of dance is evident the moment you meet him
and his infectious enthusiasm is quite catching.
He has a patient and serene process of teaching which
gives Victor the ability to make dancing at any skill level from
beginner to advance a fun, enjoyable and successful endeavor for
all.
